The Minnesota Valley Transit Authority (MVTA) operates direct, daily express shuttles to the Minnesota State Fair from four strategic South Metro transit sites:

- Blackhawk Park & Ride: 4565 Blackhawk Road, Eagan, MN 55122 (Added as a brand new option)
- Southbridge Crossings Park & Ride:

- Buses run every 15 to 20 minutes from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Return Trips:
- Return shuttles operate from the fairgrounds until 11:30 PM.
